During this time of the Corona Virus concerns, know that the Sandpeddler is doing everything in our power to be hyper diligent with our cleaning procedures and providing hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes for guests use in common areas and if staff have anyone in their family who may be sick, we are asking them not to come in. If you are healthy and should you decide to come to the beach during this time, we ask that you *Maintain personal space of 6' here and on the beach. *Only one party at a time on the elevator and if you can take the stairs. *Utilize handwashing as well as sanitizer and the cleaning wipes. *If someone in your party becomes sick, we ask that your party self-isolates and you let us know. We will help you as best as we can.

When booking online or through a third party agency, it is imperative that you enter the card information for the card that you want to use for the first night and that the address in it's completion is the correct billing address.

For most reservations, there is a 72 hour Cancellation Policy. For reservations cancelled with less than 72 hour notice, the first night will be charged. If your reservation involves any part of a holiday or event weekend, 2 or more suites or 5 plus days, there is a 7 day cancellation. A deposit equal to the 1st night's stay will be processed on the morning after the 72 hour cancellation period has expired. Please assure that your billing information is correct and complete. Cancellation policies will be applied to all cancellations. The cancellation policy applies to shortening a stay as well. It is your responsibility to verify receipt of a cancellation email...For Monthly, there is a 30 day cancellation. Special cancellation policies are required for groups. No call, no show for multiple day reservations will be cancelled at 9am the next day and the credit card on file will be charged for the first night. All reservations made through a third party booking agency will be charged and if unable to be processed are subject to cancellation at 3pm on the day prior to arrival. Cancellations for weather related issues are only allowed if the island has at least a voluntary evacuation or the airport ILM has been closed due to weather.

Check-in is from 3-9PM, please make prior arrangements for late arrivals. Early check-in at 2pm based on availability. A credit card and valid Federal or State issued identification in the same name will be required at time of check-in. Check-out is at 11am and late check-outs are based on availability and not available Friday - Sunday...No late check-outs or early check-ins on Sunday...After Hours Check-in must be prearranged and prepaid. One night reservations are subject to be moved to a unit with the same bed size and same or higher level.

Quiet Time is 10pm - 8am. If another guest is being disruptive during quiet hours, call 910-256-2028. Violators of the Quiet Time policy will be asked to leave without refund.

Pool hours are 9am until dark, April 1 - October 31. (1) parking space is allowed per unit. Guest with numbered passes must be in their assigned space. There are (3) overflow GUEST spaces that are first come, first served. The extra GUEST passes do not guarantee a space and will be towed if not in one of the (3) guest spaces. Extra parking is available at the Town lot next door. There is no parking available for trailers or oversized vehicles.

Please return keys to front desk or drop in key drop box...there is a $25 per key charge for missing keys.

This is a non-smoking property including e-cigs and cannabis. Sandpeddler Inn and Suites is a Pet Free hotel although some owners bring their pets from time to time. Owners pets are kept leashed and are not allowed in common spaces. If allergies are an issue, please call the front desk to request one of our pet free suites. By law, service dogs trained to mitigate a disability must be allowed. Guests are responsible for damages to property and will be charged accordingly. This includes spray-tanning, hair dye, in-room/balcony smoking of any kind, missing or damaged property and having unauthorized pets. Guests are responsible to assure that windows and doors are closed when absent from the room or during inclement weather. Minimum $100.

Guests are responsible when making, changing or cancelling a reservation by email or phone to verify that you receive a correct cancellation confirmation via email. Must be 25 years of age with valid ID to book reservation unless approved prior to arrival.

Group Reservations: Individual reservations within a group have a 14 day cancellation. Sandpeddler Inn and Suites reserves the right to move guests in a block to accommodate the group as well as others when all 21 units are not booked by the group. A confirmation email will be sent at the time of individual booking as well as one at the time that the block expires 30 days prior to the event. Guest are responsible to verify each email for date and room assignment and to notify the hotel of any discrepancy.
For groups, an adult guest in a unit will be required to read and sign the policies at check-in regardless of who is making payment. All charges will be finalized after housekeeping’s inspection of units and an email receipt will be sent.
